Customer-Focus Teams
EPIC is focused on providing total solutions, complemented by superior customer service. This emphasis is supported organizationally by the use of
Customer Focus Teams (CFTs), which are accountable for achieving mutually agreed upon program goals. The teams include an
Account Manager, Program Manager, Product Engineer,
Materials Analyst, Test Engineer, and a Quality Engineer. The Program Manager acts as a liaison between the customer and
the CFT, providing support, resolving issues, communicating customer expectations and providing technical assistance. This flexible team approach provides
customers with excellent support and rapid response time.
EPIC’s philosophy is to develop long-term partnership relationships with our customers.
The Customer-Focus Team owns the relationship from product
inception to end of life (EOL). In many cases, we are sole-sourced and our manufacturing activities
have become an extension of our customers’ internal operations. This focus on long-term relationships is based upon providing superior customer service,
quality products, timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, flexibility and engineering support.
